Aircraft Survivability 2000 Science and Technology Initiatives November 13-16, 2000 Naval Postgraduate School Monterey, CA. Sponsored by Combat Survivability Division, National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). What will be covered? This symposium provides a secret/US only forum for exchanging information on the Science and Technology Initiatives that will improve aircraft survivability. The program is divided into five sessions: DoD S&T programs and future threats; low observable and balanced design considerations; infrared design technologies and countermeasures; electronic combat approaches/effectinenesss; the low altitude program. The program will feature presentations by senior industry executives, warfighters and government policy makers as well as technical papers by recognized industry and government experts. Special tutorial sessions will precede the symposium. Hotel information: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Montery Resort and Conference Center. The room rate is $139.00 single/$164.00 double for industry, and $94.00 single/$119.00 double for government. Call (831) 372-1234 or (800) 233-1234 to make reservations.
