Description

Furnish all supervision and labor for Central Alarm Monitoring and Radio Dispatching at the MegaCenter in Philadelphia, PA, for a period of one year, beginning on or about 1/1/2001, with four (4) one year options for renewal. Offers will be evaluated using source selection/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation package based on the following evaluation factors: 1) Key Personnel, 2) Staffing Plan, 3) Corporate Experience, 4) Employee Incentive Program, as well as Price related factors. Technical factors are more important than price and are in decreasing order of importance, with Employee Incentive Program being significantly the least important. A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at the U.S. Customshouse, 2nd & Chestnut Streets, Philadelphia, PA on or about 11/01/00. The exact date, time, and location of this meeting will be contained in the specification package. Please call Ms. Kimberly De Sant at (215) 656-6115 to confirm your attendance.
