Description

The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lee, VA is conducting a market survey/sources sought announcement to identify potential sources that are capable to meet the Government's requirement for Emergency Medical Dispatch Services. The Government is considering a procurement action that would allow a contractor to manage and operate the Government's Emergency Medical Dispatch 911 System. This would include, but are not limited to, providing all the labor, supervision and materials to man the Emergency Medical Dispatch System, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Interested sources may submit a written capability statement that shall include the following information; 1. Identify the services that the company can provide, 2. Identify any unique federal, state, local and commercial standards, regulations, laws, specifications and certifications that are required for this type of service, 3. Identify any other standards or commercial practices that needs to be considered, 4. Identify any insurance or liability requirements that needs to be considered, 5. Identify any personnel training, educational requirements or certifications required, 6. Identify your capability to meet the service days/hours identified above, 7. Identify your size standard in accordance with the North American Industry Classification System (NAIC)(Large Business, Small Business, Women-owned, Veteran-owned, HubZone, Labor Surplus Area, Small Disadvantage Business, 8(a), etc.)(Reference Federal Acquistion Regulation Part 19 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 19). NAIC Code is 621999.
