Description

Contractor will provide Brachytherapy Dose Plan Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4150 Clement St., San Francisco, CA 94121 to include Brachytherapy Pre and Post Plan Dosimetry (estimated at one hour per case each). The contract will be awarded for one base year and four one-year options to renew. This is a Commercial Item procurement. FAR Clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-2,52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply.
