Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE procurement with AT&T for Digital wireless service in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Services will be for a period of one year. This award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisitions procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Award will be based on meeting the requirements listed above, on an all or none basis. All interested parities must be able to provide digital services to the entire Dallas-Fort Worth region. All quotes must include detailed literature on ability and resources to perform this service. Awardee must complete an SF-3381, ACH/Vendor miscellaneous payment enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. Quotes are acceptable by mail or fax to 202.927.7311 to ATTN: Tyuana Butler by Monday, October 2, 2000. All responses must be in writing. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. No solicitation document exists.
