Description

Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to negotiate with responsible manufacturers or suppliers in order to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 8120-00-282-8083, Cylinder, Compressed Gas, used to store/transport Aviator's Breating Oxygen. DOT 3AA2265, 253 Cubic Feet Capacity, 9 inches OD by 51 inches high, IAW Fed Spec RR-C-901/1, type C901/1-13 with valve per MIL-DTL-2E, MIL-DTL-2/39C, Type V39-540-5; Outlet Cap and Chain not required. Estimated annual quantity is 5,500 cylinders. Five year contract anticipated, with a base period and four, one-year options. Minimum delivery order quantity will be 500 each; maximum delivery order quantity will be 2000 each. Requested delivery schedule is 30 days after receipt of order. All material to be shipped FOB Desination to Defense Depot Richmond, Va. All material shall be inspected and accepted at origin. This procurement is unrestricted and fully competitive. Automated Best Value System (DSCR clause 52.215-9G05) will be included in the solicitation
