Description

The SSA Data Operations Center, located in Wilkes-Barre, PA has a requirement for bldg. renovation services to include primarily architectural, electrical & mechanical system modifications. The requirement involves the demolition and construction of a number of offices on the 2nd & 3rd fls. of the facility. There will be a total of approx. 75 linear ft. of wall to be demolished and removed and 500 linear ft. of wall to be constructed. The vinyl-clad drywall to be installed will be govt. provided. The work will also include the removal & installation of a number of doors, the installation of electrical outlets (I.G. & non-I.G. types), reswitching light circuits, data cable (IBM type 1A with Type A connectors), mechanical work to relocate air bar diffusers and possibly some sprinkler piping
