SEALED BID(S) WANTED Sealed Bid-ML-01-SB-2598-DR St. Clair County MetroLink Extension Facilities Line Section 4A Bi-State Development Agency is requesting bids for facilities work for the passenger station/park-and-ride which is comprised of demolition and site clearing, earthwork, construction of structures, construction of asphalt roadways, parking lots, concrete roadways including concrete curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, relocation of existing utilities, construction of new utilities, and erosion control.
