Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Susan Stewart (contractor) for preparing and presenting instructions in the Security Officials Training Program. The course includes information understanding the importance of proper handling, maintenance and protection of Sensitive information. The course is taught in three formats 1) resident course, 2) On-line and 3) off site. Susan Stewart is the incumbent contractor from the previous year. Because of the nature of this information contractor must have a Top Secret SCI clearance. All responses should reference PR 240/0006z/01 Interested parties have 7 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualification/ capabilities. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the requested information may be considered non-responsive to the synopsis. Oral communications are not accepted.
