Provide Closing Services for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on HUD-owned single family properties (1-4) located in the State of Alaska for the Santa Ana Homeownership Center. THIS IS 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. RFP R-DEN-01658 will be available on our HUD web site http://www.hud.gov/cts/ctsoprty.html on or around October 13, 2000. PLEASE NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS.
