Description

The Bureau of the Census has a requirement utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR Part 13.5) for laboratory services including laboratory analysis of urine (chemical and microscopic), blood tests and Papanicolaou smears for the Bureau of the Census Health Unit.
