Description

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to award a contract to Northstar Technologies, Inc. for applications development and maintenance of CFTC's 1FR/Electronic Filing System, a system utilized by CFTC for electronic receipt and processing of information from Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs). This project requires highly specialized programming experience and expertise in developing Windjammer and RSR Express software. Application development services will encompass all aspects of the system lifecycle including requirements analysis, system and database design, development, testing documentation and maintenance. The anticipated level of effort is approximately 1,110 hours through GFY 2002. All responsible sources may respond.
