Description

This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. NSN 5960-01-158-9166, Electron Tube, There are two (2) approved sources for First Article Testing: Litton Systems Inc (89146)P/N L4871, Triton Services Inc(Electron Technology Division) (20948) P/N F-150. For ACCEPTANCE (PRODUCTION) TESTING: THIS TESTING SHALL BE PERFORMED IAW: All tests listed under QCI, parts I, II and III of MIL-PRF-1/1100 shall be performed. Sampling plan shall be IAW with MIL-PRF-1/1100. Those tests which don't indicate a sampling plan shall follow guidance under, MIL-PRF-1, para 4.3.1. Alternate Offers must complete First Article Testing. Applicable documents: Cite originator (nam and code), current revision and revision date: Air Force Drawing 8340720, Rev F, dated 11 June 96. Solicitation is being issued as RFP with Options annual requirement is for 80 each. The solicitation contains 2-12 month option periods. Incremental Pricing is requested for quantities 10 through 399. The delivery schedule is 97 ea within 120 days after date of contract. See Note 26. Copies of this solicitation will be available at the DSCC website:http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp after the issue date. The anticipated issue date October 20, 2000. Offerors must download the solicitation and submit their proposals to the address provided in Block 8 of the RFP.
