Description

The Government has a requirement for a Miniature Night Sight to be utilized by the USMC. Detailed performance and technical specifications will be available with the solicitation. This acquisition will be processed on the basis of "best value." A performance specification will be provided which will contain the Government's minimum requirements and performance objectives/goals. Evaluation criteria shall minimally consist of technical, past performance, delivery schedule, price and subcontracting. The solicitation will result in a fixed-price, indefinite delivery contract with a duration of three years and two option years based on possible performance incentives. The Government will procure a minimum of 1,743 systems (1357 with 2.25x optics and 386 with 4.5x optics), with a potential maximum of 6,300 systems. Delivery of the first systems shall be required within 90 days from receipt of order eventually ramping to delivering 200 systems per month. Delivery shall be FOB destination.
