Description

This pre-solicitation notice is a re-advertisement of solicitation number 0NM0011 which was posted on May 20, 2000. All previous parties that responded to the notice must resubmit their interest. The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 24,000 rentable square feet of office space that will yield approximately 21,000 BOMA net usable square feet of contiguous space for the Social Security Administration. A total of 4 parking spaces will be required, but preference will be given to the building that provides up to 125 free parking spaces for employees and the public. Space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide. This space can be either Existing Space or Build to Suit. The lease for existing space will be 10 years, 5 years firm. For Build to Suit the lease will be for 10 years firm. Expressions of interest should be submitted in writing or by email by Friday October 13, 2000 and include the following information: Street address and/or building name; square footage offered; name, address and telephone number of individual to be contacted. For Build to Suit submit address of lot location. Delineated area is the Central Business District of the City of Albuquerque which is bounded by Marble/Slate/Lomas Blvd on the north, the AT & SF railroad tracks/Broadway Blvd on the east. Coal Ave on the south and Tenth/Nineth/Seventh Streets on the west.
