Description

Pre-solicitation notice. The Government currently plans on releasing the Final RFP for the F. E. Warren AFB Packing and Crating for the Cheyenne area on or about 16 Oct 00. Non-personal service to provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, for the preparation of personal property of military members and civilian employees for movement or drayage and related services for the Cheyenne area. This requirement will be for incoming, outgoing and local area shipments. Cheyenne north includes southern half of Natrona, Converse, and Niobrara Counties, west includes all of Albany County, and east to the Nebraska state line, south to Greeley to include all of Weld county. The contract period will be for 01 Jan 01 through 31 Dec 01 with three (3) option years. Faxed or telegraph offers will not be accepted. This is a synopsis for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the Statement of Work as supplemented with additional information. North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 488991, Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 4783. The solicitation is Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. Anticipated award date is 15 Dec 00.
