- Description
- 1. Vessel(s) Required: U.S. or Foreign Flag self-sustaining RoRo vessel(s) capable of maintaining 14 knots laden in moderate weather to transport 19,355 sq. ft. (+/- 10% CHOP). The cargo consists of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of general military cargo and 17,355 sq. ft. of rolling stock from Livorno, Italy, to Bizerte, Tunisia and Umm Said, Qatar. Approximately 12,895 sq. ft. (102 pieces) will be off loaded in Bizerte and 6,460 sq. ft. (28 pieces) will be off loaded in Umm Said. Contractor to provide all lashing gear and cargo tie-down points sufficient for securing cargo. Owner to warrant that any and all regulatory compliances are maintained. Cargo Description: Total cargo: Approximately 19,355 sq. ft. +/- 10% (CHOP) of rolling stock and general military cargo. Lumpsum price, demurrage rate (both to be evaluated). 2. Speed of Advance (SOA) and detailed itinerary. 3. Set of completed boxes (Ref (B), pages I-1 through I-4) 5. Completed Representations and Certifications (Part XII, Ref (B)). 6. IAW DFARS 252.204-7004, U.S. offerors (and foreign offerors working in the U.S.) must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) in order to be considered for award. To comply: * Provide a DUNS number with your solicitation. This number is required to verify registration and in order to register in the CCR.
