Description

7379- Training and technical Services for Earned Value Management Training Course. This synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/proposals being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F73FMB02550100, is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7379, Size Standard $18.0 mil. Government intends to award a contract to Integrated Computer Engineering, 142 North Central Ave., Campbell, CA 95008. The contractor agrees to comply with the following FAR clauses, which are incorporated in this solicitation by reference, to implement provisions of law or executive orders applicable to acquisition of commercial items. IAW FAR 52.252-2, CLAUSES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE-The full text of a clause may be accessed electronically at listed address: hppt: //farsite.hill.af.mil/reghtml/far/far1toc.htm. The DFARS clause 252.204-7004 mandates awards be made only to those offerors that are successfully registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In accordance with DFARS 252.232-7009, payment for goods and services received by the federal government shall be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Proposals will be submitted in writing to 42 CONS/LGCV Ms. Downey, faxed to number listed or emailed at the address listed below. Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM Central Standard Time on Saturday, 30 Sep 2000, 1600 CST. SUMMARY OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and transportation necessary to provide training and technical service for a two-day Earned value Management training course that incorporates real world technical and managerial issues collected during two, one-day earned value assessments of two independent projects at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL.
