Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, supervision, management and all else necessary to provide janitorial services at the Defense National Stockpile Center New Haven Depot, 15411 Dawkins Road, New Haven, IN 46774. The Contractor shall provide schedules and accomplish periodic cleaning work in conformance with those schedules. The net cleaning area for this requirement is 5,368 square feet. The Defense National Stockpile Center plan to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to one Contractor for one year with four one-year options. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small businesses (See Note 1).
