Description

This is a synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is an On-Site Service Maintenance Contract to include unlimited corrective maintenance calls, parts, labor and transportation on listed government owned equipments for the period: 06 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, number N00259-00-T-0131 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. A listing of the line items (CLINS) and descriptions are as follows: CLIN 0001: Navigator ABR Unit, Seriol: NS9310046, Model: Navigator SE; CLIN 0002: Navigator ABR Unit, Serial: NS96J0138,Model: Navigator SE; CLIN 0003: Navigator ABR Unit, Serial: NS96J0139, Model: Navigator SE; CLIN 0004: ABR Unit, Portable, Serial: TE96J0351, Model: Traveler; CLIN 0005: Brain Atlas III, Serial: IBA395I1438, Model: Brain Atlas III; CLIN 0006: Air Caloric System, Serial: 866, Model: NCA-105. Quotation will be evaluated based on (a) Best Price, (b) Availability and (c) Past Performance. Performance location is at the Naval Medical Center, 34800 Bob Wilson Drive, San Diego, CA 92134. This acquisitions incorporate the following FAR Clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-36, 52.225-11, 252.225-7002, 252.225-7009, 52.232-18, 252.204-7004. All offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
