Description

The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on-site maintenance on six (6) Sybron/Castle sterilizers located at the Brevard VA Outpatient Clinic, 2900 Veterans Way, Viera, FL 32940, including all parts, labor, travel and unlimited service calls, and four (4) preventive maintenance inspections per year. The period of performance is November 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, with 2 one-year options for renewal. This is a commercial item procurement prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6. A written solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation on or about 10/3/00.
