Provide all the labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision to perform periodi safety testing in the presence of a Q.E. Inspector per ASME A17.1a for the Brockton, West Roxbury, and Boston, VA Health Care Systems for the period of 12/1/00 through 9/30/01, with option to extend services for a period not to exceed 36 months.
