Description

See Notes 1 and 9. NSN: 8415-01-227-9452(S), CID A-A-55246, Type I. It is the Government's intent to award an indefinite delivery type contractas follows: 101,250 minimum/135,000 maximum, with a 100% term option. There will be nine (9) deliveries to Defense Depot Supply Center, Susquehanna, PA, beginnign 180 days after date of contract award. This acqusition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. All materials used in the fabrication of the ECWCS Drawers are to be furnished by the successful offeror. This acqusition will utilize Best Value Source Selection procedures and technical proposals. The following evaluation factors will apply: 1) 2 Product Demonstration Models, 2) Past Performance and 3) DLA Mentoring Agreement Plan.
