Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. This is for solicitation purposes only and does NOT apply for award. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The proposed contract is restricted to domestic sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-3. Accordingly, foreign sources, except Canadian sources, are not eligible for award. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. RFP will be available after October 9, 2000.
