NSN 5930-00-935-9584, Switch, Pressure. Type Nr 56308-12008-103, I/A/W Basic Spec 65308-12008, dtd 17 Jul 64, Amend Nr V, dtd 05 May 98. Approved Sources: Spectrum Associates (55723) p/n 2212-1 and Sikorsky Aircraft (78286) p/n 65308-12008-103. Estimated annual quantity is 269 each. There are more than 3 destinations. Delivery: should be able to deliver within 190 days after date of contract award. Facsimile transmittal is acceptable See Section L-11 of the solicitation for information. Note the following change regarding how to receive a copy of the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained from the DSCC RFP/IFB Web-site. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. To get a copy you will need to access the web-site. Note that RFP will not be posted to the web-site until the issue date of the solicitation. The issue date for this solicitation is October 13, 2000. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
