- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consititutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # N00203-00-Q-3252 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. It is the intent of the solicitation to be awarded Sole Sourced to the original equipment manufacturer. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. 0001 Full Body Patient Simulator includes compressor unit, patient display monitor, link box, Simman Software. 0002 Simman Trauma Modules, mfg Sim-4030. 0003 Male Genitilla w/Urinary Valve p/n 1003187L. 0004 Female Genitilla w/Urinary Valve p/n 1003188L. 0005 Portability Power Adapter Kit p/n 1005035, allows the simulator to be used indoors and outdoors during training without the need for the Control Unit. Kit includes: a battery pack to supply poer to the SimMan Link Box, a valve system for portable air and CO2 tanks, and a carrying case that attaches to any standard gurney. 0006 Sim-PC Laptop Computer, 400 mhz processor, 4 gb hard drive, 128 mb of RAM, 8 mb video card, 24x CD Rom, Sound card. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1, Evaluation-Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial: 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item. Evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of provision 52.212-2 are as follows; (i)technical capability to meet the Government requirement; and (ii) price. The remaining FAR clauses applying to this solicitation are 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items. Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment. All offers are due by September 28, 2000, 2:30 p.m. CST. Offers/Bids recieved after the exact time specified will nto be considered.
