Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. This is a sole source item (Note 22 applies) and this is an unrestricted procurement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is for a long-term type contract Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with four option years. Estimated annual demand quantity 35 each, guaranteed minimum quantity 19 each. Delivery 60 DARO for stock and 30 DARO for DVD. Ship to address for stock is San Joaquin, CA and DVD shipments to CONUS. Inspection/Acceptance Origin first shipment only, destination subsequent shipments. In accordance with QAP 001.
