Contract data requirements list (CDRL) and Serial Number Assignments Program (SNAP) applies. Note 1 applies, First Article (Contractor) Testing and Government Fit Test are requirements of this solicitation. Note 23 applies, delivery is 180 days ARO for First Article Test, 30 days after first article approval for submittal of Fit Test exhibit and 225 days after government fit test approval for production quantity. Intended sources are D-Velco Manufacturing CAGE 12883 and Essner Metal Works Inc., CAGE 2B834. Configuration control applies.
