The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Non-Personal Healthcare Service Contract for a Board Certified Ophthalmologist to provide ophthalmology services two (2) clinic days a month and two (2) surgery days a month at the Belcourt PHS, IHS Hospital, 1 Main Street, Belcourt, North Dakota 58316, Attn: Optometry Clinic. Job duties will be performed in accordance to the Statement of Work as included in the solicitation packet.
