Description

The 6th Medical Group request 14 XPlain Computers Stations, Touch Screen Monitors, and a 2 year software subscription, (or equal) to provide Patient and family learning opportunities with an electronically documented and printed copy of the education session for the patients records.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This is expected to be a sole source procurement with the Patient Education Institute as authorized by 10 USC 2304(C) (1). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. Applicable FAR and DFARS clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. Clauses/provisions are located at http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
