Description

The U.S. Army Materiel Command Acquisition Center, White Sands Missile Range, NM, solicits quotations for purchase of: 30 each Hose, Large Diameter, 5" STORZ coupled, Cover: Rubber (ribbed) 100 ft. section; 40 each Hose, fire fighting 1 3/4" x 50 ft lightweight; 40 each Hose fire fighting 2 1/2" x 50 ft lightweight, 20 each Hose, single jacket attack line, 1 inch x 50 foot, polyester. All items must meet National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) requirements. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 5087. The size standard is $100 Million. Delivery is FOB Destination within 30 days after receipt of order. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes Request for Quotation (RFQ) W04WES 0243-0002 N002. Quotations with certifications and representations, and Tax Identification Number (TIN) shall be submitted on or before 26 Sep 00, 1400 MTZ. This solicitation incorporates the following FAR provisions: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, FAR 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. This solicitation also incorporates Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Clause 252.252-7000, Buy American Act Balance of Payments Program Certificate. The Purchase Order will incorporate the following FAR Clauses: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (May 1999) and FAR 452.212.5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (Aug 2000), including 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, and 52.232-33. The Purchase Order will also incorporate the following DFARS clauses: DFARS 252.212-7001 and 252.225-7001. Offerors should identify current GSA schedules, if applicable.
