Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. Solicitation is issued for Request for Quotation (RFQ) #F1MXSB02281300. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-014. This is reserved for small business procurement under 3842, Respiratory Protection Equipment . There is one Contract Line Item (CLIN). CLIN 0001- Air Plant, Breathing, Mfr: Hill-Rom, PN #6916.9010.203B, or equal. Bids shall be received by September 28, 2000, no later than COB, 3:30 PM CST.
