Description

N68950-00-Q-3581, BAT/BIRD PROOF CLEAN UP EXCREMENT AND RENOVATE OFFICES BUILDING 2034 AT THE NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, CRANE, INDIANA. This solicitation will be issued as a performance contract, best value basis with technical and price proposals required. Technical proposals will be evaluated on the factors listed in the solicitation and will include past performance in similar work, performance narrative and project schedule. The work includes all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation and supervision to bat/bird proof building, clean up of bat/bird excrement, bird nesting materials, and maintain the building free from bat/bird entry for a period of one year. Renovation will include replacing light fixtures, ceiling tiles, carpet, base cove, tile floor at main entrance, wash all walls/ceiling grid and paint walls. Install an 8' suspended ceiling with new lighting, diffusers and HVAC modifications for new ceiling in front sales area complete and ready to use. This proposed contract listed here is an unrestricted procurement. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1541, General Contractors-Industrial Buildings and Warehouses, The Size Standard for Small Business is $27.5 Million. Cost Range is under $100,000. Approximate release date is September 14, 2000. Proposals will be due approximately September 26, 2000.
