Description

It is the intent of the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio to conduct negotiations with Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio for Stat Xray and Mammography services to be provided for patients of the Lancaster Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The term of the contract will be a one year period, 10-1-00 through 9-30-01, with 2 one-year renewal options, subject to availability of funds. Anticipated completion date of negotiations is 9-22-00.
