This award is a planned solicitation under the simplified acquisition process. The Food and Drug Administration [FDA], Center for Veterinary Medicine [CVM], intends to award a sole source purchase order to Quality Associates, Columbia, Maryland for a customized integrated solution in document management services. This procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The following provision also applies to this acquisition: 52-232.33 Mandatory Information Electronic Funds Transfer Payment.
