- The Washington State Employment Security Department (ESD) will issue a Request for Proposal, 01-003-RFP, LMI Internet Delivery System. The Department is seeking bids for firms to provide web application development services on behalf of the LMI Access Consortium. The desired application will provide tools to customize the delivery of statistical and analytical information, perform custom queries, and provide website and data administration tools.
