Description

Janitorial services starting October 1, 2000, through September 30, 2001, with four one-year option periods, total duration not to exceed five years, for the Yukon Delta National Wildlife Refuge, located in Bethel, Alaska. Approximate areas include: Refuge headquarters office (4,728sf), and bunkhouse (1141sf). Duties may include but are not limited to: emptying trash, clean and sanitize restrooms, dusting surfaces, vacuuming, dust mopping, cleaning of windows, strip and re-wax of floors, and carpet shampooing.
