Description

The Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) seeks to obtain custodial services for various Border Patrol facilities located in San Diego County, California. The locations are Air Operations Brown Field, Dulzura Horse Patrol, Boulevard Station, Campo Station, I-8 Checkpoint, Alien Detention and Removal (Brown Field) and Transit Staging -- Barracks Numbers Four and Five (Beyer Boulevard). The contractor shall provide quality control, management, technical expertise, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to fulfil the specifications as required in the solicitation. This competitive procurement will be conducted utilizing source selection procedures. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is anticipated and will include a Base Year and four (4) One-Year Options. Only one site visit (will take more than one day) will be offered. The site visit will be scheduled at a later date. The Standard Industrial code is 7349 and the size sandard is $12 million. The proposed contract is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
