Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense of Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Remedy Corporation, 1505 Salado Drive, Mountain View, CA 94043 for an automated system for ISPR and IT lifecycle on the Remedy system. Maintenance is required to provide vendor support and upgrades of the products. Remedy developed the system as a proprietary system. Other sources capable of satisfying this requirement are invited to submit clear and convincing data substantiating their capability to satisfy this requirement. All responses should reference PR 132/0224Z/00; 132/0226Z/00; 132/0237Z/00; 132/0228Z/00; 132/0229Z/00; and 132/0227Z/00. Interested parties have 5 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualification/capabilites. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used soley for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the requested information may be considered non-responsive to this synopsis. Oral communications are not acceptable. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this synopsis is soley within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
