Description

This is Amendment 0003 to extend the closing date, clarify applicable clauses, and add clauses in the combined synopsis/solicitation DAAD16-00-T-1141, for commercially available Concealable Stab Protective Body Armor (CSPBA) which was advertised on August 16, 2000, and amended by amendment 0001 on August 31, 2000, and amendment 0002 on September 6, 2000. Extend the Request for Quote (RFQ) closing date until 9/19/2000. Incorporate the following applicable clauses in Clause No 52.212-5 -- Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items: 52.203-6 Alt I -- Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government; 52.219-8 -- Utilization of Small Business Concerns; 52.219-14 -- Limitations on Subcontracting; 52.222-21 -- Prohibition of Segregated Facilities; 52.222-26 -- Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35 -- Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; 52.222-36 -- Affirmative Action for Workers With Disabilities; 52.222-37 -- Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; 52.232-33 -- Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer -- Central Contractor Registration; 52.247-64 -- Preference for Privately Owned U.S.-Flag Commercial Vessels.
