- Description
- Furnish all labor, materials and related respiratory supplies, E, D-Tanks to include refill, H-Tanks compressed oxygen system, Liquid Oxygen System to include reservoir and portable unit necessary for Veterans Home Patients in the Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, Del,Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey. Contract period will be December1,2000 through November 30, 2001 with two (2) one year options. Dates may be change depending on setup of new equipment for patients. All request for packages must be submitted in writing. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
