*****PER AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS***** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services non-personal issued by the 55th Contracting Office, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This document was prepared in accordance with the format found in the Federal Acquisition Regulations Document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This electronic announcement is the only solicitation being issued. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation number(s) F25600-00-T-0252 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-15. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the following supply(s): -- LINE ITEM #1 125-WATT TRANSIT CASE SYSTEM: CONSISTING OF R/T TRANSIT CASE MOUNTING, INCLUDING MOUTNING FOR R/T, SPEAKER, AND KY-99A (MODIFIED 10400-0561-02), AMPLIFIED/POWER SUPPLY TRANSIT CASE (MODIFIED 10400-0561-01), ANTENNA COUPLER TRANSIT CASE WITH CABLES, COUPLER NOT INCLUDED (MODIFIED RF-382A-15TM), 125-WATT POWER SUPPLY (RF-5051PS-125), AC POWER CABLE (10299-0061), AMPLIFIER.SPEAKER AND CABLES (MODIFIED 10181-518-01), BASE STATION ANTENNA (RF-1938AT-10), PART NUMBER 11031-3000; LINE ITEM #2 HF FAN DIPOLE ANTENNA, PART NUMBER RF-1912T-AT0002, LINE ITEM #3 HF FAST TUNE AUTOMATIC ANTENNA COUPLER, PART NUMBER RF-382A-15. All supplies to be provided should be included in the quotation because NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. All quotes should be received by 19 September 2000/4pm,CST and, if possible, sent back electronically via e-mail, if possible. The following clauses and provisions will apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors. Offerors shall include a complete copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with the offer. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items.
