Description

The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB intends to offer Timber Sales on the Eglin AFB reservation. Work will consist of harvesting all sand pine trees designated for removal, from approximately 1,522 acres, containing approximately 42,500 tons of pine timber. There are five (5) harvest units, each are cut sand pine only in natural stands. The applicable SIC code is 0851, forestry services, with size standard being a firm with annual sales or gross receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000.00. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency.
