Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals as required to remove and dispose of regulated medical waste for the VA Outpatient Clinic, 3033 Winkler Extension, Ft. Myers, Florida 33916, from the date of award through September 30, 2001, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for two (2) additional years.
