Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport anticipates modifying contract N66604-00-C-0111 with Kollmorgen Corporation, Northampton, MA to add 7,615 hours to the existing Level of Effort. The additional hours are required to continue services that include problem troubleshooting, onsite testing, dockside testing, post installation inspections, post underway tear-downs and inspections, modifications and repairs. The existing contract is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee type with a three year period of performance. The government intends to solicit Kollmorgen Corporation on a sole source basis for these services.
