Project consists of 27.8 km of grading, drainage, base, paving, gabion-faced retaining wall, guardrail, turf establishment, and bridge modifications. Initial notice issued August 18, 2000 (CBDNet) and August 23, 2000 (printed CBD). By issue of this modification, we announce that THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS AS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Presolicitation notices are being sent out concurrently with this notice. All other stipulations of the solicitation remain the same.
