- Description
- In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.205(e) this serves as the second notice of OMB Circular A-76 Performance of Commercial Activities for Base Operations Support at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Services include management and operation of the following areas: (1) PUBLIC WORKS -- maintenance, repair, refurbishment and minor construction for allbuildings, structures,utilities, roads, railroads and grounds; (2) INFORMANTION MANAGEMENT -- secure communications, audio and visual information services and products, telecommunications support services, report batch processing and report distribution services, computer network management, software support,help desk support, equipment management, reproduction services, records and Pine Bluff Arsenal forms and publications management, mail services, building and computer system security, and information systems budget and purchasing services; (3) LOGISTICS -- support services to the PBA and supported organizations and support bothe the CAIRA and the Installation Spill and Contingency Plan. If cost comparison results in contracting out the services, the Government anticipates awarding a contract utilizing firm fixed price and cost type provisions. Contract will be awarded on an ALL or noneBasis for a base year and four one-year options.
