Description

The Department of Justice, intends to issue a Purchase Order on a sole-source basis to the U.S. District Court of Minneapolis, MN, for telecommunication and dial tone services in U. S. Courthouses located in Minneapolis and St. Paul pursuant to 41 USC 253(C)(1), only one responsible source. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon the written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated period of performance will be a base year with one option year. Responses must be submitted to the address above by COB September 14, 2000.
