Description

This solicitation is for conducting a study relating to ambulance crash data. Specifically, the contractor shall 1) review reasonably available ambulance crash data, studying ambulance configurations that have direct applicability to both military and commercial ambulances; and 2) develop a computer model of the patient module of a working ambulance environment. The study will be conducted over a 12 month period. A sole-source procurement has been approved for this buy with ARCCA, Incorporated, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. See Note # 22.
