Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is sole source (Note 22 applies). This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is for a long-term type contract, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with four option years. Estimated Annual Demand Quantity 41 each, guaranteed minimum contract quantity 20 each. Ship to addresses: Susquehanna, PA, San Joaquin, CA, and DVD shipment CONUS. FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance destination, in accordance with QAP 001, Delivery 60 DARO for Stock, 30 DARO for DVD. Solicitation may be issued on or about 21 SEP 00.
